Why Malcolm Smith literally has a "split" personality ....

Malcolm Smith is the name of a real person who has "split" his persona into both reality and fantasy.

In reality, Malcolm Smith claims that Ronan O'Rahilly was a anti-social person that Malcolm Smith could not stand because O'Rahilly was always using someone to get something free. Smith admits that O'Rahilly was such a low-life that he even begged for free coffee and cake.

In fantasyland, Malcolm Smith, using the fake name of 'Peter Moore', turns into the amoral persona of Ronan O'Rahilly who Malcolm Smith denounces as a fraud and a liar.

But on his 'Caroline' cult web site, Malcolm Smith has a made-up story written in the name of his fake persona, and titled 'Caroline’s History by Peter Moore'.

It is still there, (as of this writing).

This is what Malcolm Smith claims about Ronan O'Rahilly:

"On a fund raising trip to the USA he was captivated by a photograph in Life magazine showing president John F. Kennedy's daughter Caroline playing in the Oval Office of the White House and disrupting the serious business of government. This was exactly the image he wanted for his station. The name had to be Radio Caroline." 

Malcolm Smith knows and admits that this statement is a made-up work of fiction spun by Ronan O'Rahilly, but here is 'Peter Moore' pushing the same lie, and that lie is not the only lie that 'Peter Moore' tells in his work that he calls 'Caroline's History'.

But its not just lies that Malcolm Smith spins, his actions are intended to deceive and by so-doing to defraud.

Malcolm Smith glosses over the real story because he does not want to explain why he is attacking our presentation.

Please don't think for a moment that we believe that 'Peter Moore' lies while Malcolm Smith tells the truth, because 'Peter Moore' is Malcolm Smith and Malcolm Smith using the name of 'Peter Moore', lies to everyone.

This includes the government of the United Kingdom.

Smith's lies appear on official UK government documents in which he by claims that 'Peter Moore' is one person and Malcolm Smith is another person, when in reality they are one and the same person! But this is the foundation upon which his entire 'Caroline' cult is built. Malcolm Smith lies to everyone, and that is the problem with his 'Caroline cult'. It is based upon a pack of lies like these lies in his so-called 'history' in which he claims that Ronan O'Rahilly ....

".... soon became aware that quite separately an Australian businessman Alan Crawford had also identified the potential of marine broadcasting to the UK. Ronan befriended him."

Smith also insists that: "Crawford's 'Project Atlanta' ran out of funding and was rescued by his own company. On a fund raising trip to the USA he was captivated by a photograph in Life magazine showing president John F. Kennedy's daughter Caroline playing in the Oval Office of the White House and disrupting the serious business of government. .... With finance in place, the ex ferry Fredericia was purchased and taken to Greenore for conversion." 

There are several references made by Smith to 'a company', but that 'company' is never named, never identified, and the reason why is because O'Rahilly never created such a company. Therefore this non-existent 'company' never raised any funds to buy anything!

The "ex-ferry Fredericia was purchased" back in December 1963, and then, in a series of transactions it ended up in the hands of the Wijsmuller company in Holland. That company was totally responsible for installing broadcasting equipment on board that ship, and supervising activity on board the mv 'Mi Amigo' which was on lease from McLendon interests in Texas, under the supervision of Bill Weaver.

By the time that Ronan O'Rahilly surfaces in the news, it is as the stooge of Jocelyn Stevens, and clearly Stevens is running the show, although Stevens does not explain who is really behind the entire venture.

However, "Crawford's 'Project Atlanta' ...." which Malcolm Smith claims "....ran out of funding ...." was in fact populated with big names in the world of printing, publishing and oil. It certainly did not "run out of money", and while Smith can name Crawford's company, he cannot name O'Rahilly's company. Nevertheless, Smith claimed that Crawford's company "was rescued by [O'Rahilly's] own company."

This is not Smith's only lies.

Smith also claims that O'Rahilly went: "On a fund raising trip to the USA ...."  We know when O'Rahilly went to the USA and we are are alone in publishing this information. One of our 'Trio' was living in Houston, Texas and it was there that we learned what Ronan O'Rahilly was doing and who he was representing.

Ronan O'Rahilly went to Houston in June 1963, and he stayed at its now demolished 'Continental Hotel' .

Why did Ronan O'Rahilly go to Houston?

Because that is where Bill Weaver had his office at KILT, a Gordon McLendon radio station. Weaver was in charge of the mv 'Mi Amigo' docked at Galveston Island in Texas, because it was Bill Weaver who had been in Stockholm and closed down 'Radio Nord'. But Weaver had also been London and talked to Crawford in 1962, before 1963 when 'Project Atlanta Limited' was created in July of that year.

Weaver also talked to the Verweij brothers who were in the process of taking over the operation of 'Radio Veronica', and there is a direct connection to the engineering side of that venture, and the Crawford-Wijsmuller operation. Weaver also talked to those representing the ill-fated offshore station called 'Radio Antwerpen'.

But Malcolm Smith does not want to explain any of that. Instead, Smith's phantom persona called 'Peter Moore' claims that Ronan O'Rahilly .... This was exactly the image he wanted for his station."

So while the main body of anorak cultists now disbelieve that statement and call it rubbish (which it is), Malcolm Smith is still peddling it in order for the sloppy reporters to pick it up and run with it in the press. Why? So that Malcolm Smith does not have to get into the business of explaining to the press that Ronan O'Rahilly was a fraud, a cheat and a con man who has fooled the press into printing a series of lies.

No, Malcolm Smith reserves that admission for us, while using his bogus persona of 'Peter Moore', with the idea being that 'Peter Moore' may lie, but Malcolm Smith tells the truth, even though 'Peter Moore' is Malcolm Smith!

The fact is that Malcolm Smith is dedicated to one thing, and one thing alone: Malcolm Smith is promoting lies to further his own aims, ambitions and income. Malcolm Smith is one person and the words of 'Peter Moore' are actually all the work of one person, and his name is Malcolm Smith.
