As promised, our book is already appearing free of charge and it will continue to be added to in 2022 as an ongoing and copyright partwork. Now that Paul Rusling and his band of con-conspiratorial thieves have been disposed of, we can push ahead, although we obviously wish that he had taken up our offer to apologise, instead of repeating his project of theft.
