Gates-Moore and Passing-Off

It seems that Malcolm Smith who is passing himself off as Peter Moore, and passing off his community radio license for 'Radio Caroline', is now challenging Neil Gates to "Put Up or Back Down" on one forum.

The reason is that Neil Gates posted on another forum "It's not Caroline. It is a product of intellectual property theft. I don't give a flying what this station plays. .... What I object to is it's fraudulent passing off as something that it is not and I will continue to do so as long as the deception persists."

So Malcolm Smith who is passing himself off as Peter Moore on official government documents, wrote: ".... the above contains direct accusations in law, namely 'deception'. 'fraudulent passing off 'and intellectual property theft'. .... either state your truth(s) or retract the above comments here and at the other place and anywhere else you may have posted them."

What a joke!

So Peter Moore who is not Peter Moore, and his tiny community station called 'Radio Caroline' which is not 'Radio Caroline', are both being passed-off as if they are genuine!

It seems that the Offender-in-Chief is his telling his Accuser-in-Chief to stop telling the truth about the Offender-in-Chief.

This should be interesting.
